Key financial support will be consistently provided and include the following support, at a minimum:
• Prepare monthly budget for each new year and update it throughout the year in light of ongoing operations
• Upload into the accounting system to provide actual vs. budgeted monthly results
• Review and discuss monthly financial performance with management
• Work with lenders (as needed) to secure capital for operations and acquisitions
• Participating in the year end audit
• Strengthen the financial operations and work closely with the existing team
