Daryl Favale

ADVISOR

J. Daryl Favale was the Chief Executive Officer of Computerized Management Services, Inc. (“CMS”), a medical management company focus on the radiology market segment, from 1990 to 2021. In 2021 Mr. Favale sold CMS to Xifin, Inc., also a medical management company focused on the laboratory and pathology market segments. Mr. Favale is now leading Xifin’s expansion into the radiology vertical with a specific focus on revenue cycle management services. Prior to joining Xifn, Mr. Favale worked in the semiconductor industry for 13 years where he held a variety of management positions with Texas Instruments. Mr. Favale holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration degree both from The University of Michigan.

Rick Hicks

ADVISOR

Rick has worked at WCM Investment Management since 2011, in the role of a consultant for the first two years and then as the firm’s Chief Culture Officer. His primary responsibility is to help define and articulate the firm’s values with the aim of promoting effective teams and nurturing a healthy, self-sustaining culture. He also works with individual staff, mentoring and coaching in the areas of work-life balance and life planning. Earlier in his career, Rick held senior positions at several global charities and ran his own practice as a management consultant. He has earned multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Organizational and Developmental Psychology from the Claremont Graduate University (California).
